Shipping policy

US Domestic Orders - Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment* unless specifically stated**. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information, tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been prepared for shipment.

International Orders - Unfortunately calculating shipping for international orders is rather difficult, at times we may have to contact you to adjust the shipping or cancel your order if you prefer. We also reserve the right to change the specified carrier at checkout as sometimes the selected carrier does not work for the particular international order. If you are ordering internationally and need to have a particular carrier deliver your package for some reason, please send us a note with your order and we'll get back to you with a quote within two business days.

* - "receipt of payment" generally means at the time of purchase, if you pay with a Check or PayPal eCheck for example your order will be processed once the check has cleared. If for any other reason your order is unable to be processed within 2 business days we will contact you via text or email to let you know of any delay.
